Chale is designed to be comfortable to read, easy to operate, and available in English and Hindi.

What is available

• Use the EN / हिंदी control in the header to change the language and keep that choice on your device.
• Controls have visible focus states, readable labels, and touch targets sized for mobile use.
• Ride, payment, cancellation, safety and support actions use plain-language status messages.

If you need assistance booking, communicating with a driver, or using an accessibility feature, contact support. Tell us what would make the experience workable and we will record it with your request.

Feedback

After a completed ride, use the rating and feedback form to report an accessibility issue or suggest an improvement. We use that feedback to improve the product and driver experience.
