About Chale

Chale is a ride-hailing platform built around one idea: the price should be settled before the ride is, and the person driving should be able to see exactly what they are being paid for it.

What we run

Rides, parcel deliveries and ambulance dispatch, on one account and one app. Every fare is computed by our servers from a published rate card before you confirm — never guessed, never changed after the fact.

How we treat drivers

A driver's commission is fixed at the moment a ride is assigned and shown on the same receipt the rider sees. Payouts settle to a driver's own wallet, which is a running ledger they can read in full — not a single balance figure they have to trust.
